Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich

If you're sitting at your game, a BEC sandwich is much easier to handle than a non-sandwich version. This is a yummy breakfast sandwich to have occasionally. And tbh, I didn't feel right about slaughtering all those critters outside Org, and not using them to make my breakfast.



What you need:
2 Pieces of toast (or a kaiser roll)
2 Eggs
3 Pieces of Bacon (use the turkey bacon for a slightly healthier version)
1 Piece of your favorite cheese

Step 1. If your bacon is not cooked (you can buy fully cooked bacon), cook it following the steps in the post below.

Step 2. When your bacon is finished, drain the bacon grease into an empty can. Don't pour down your sink. I also do not recommend cooking your eggs in the bacon grease. It's true that this can taste good, but your eggs will soak up a lot of the grease, and you'd be on your way to an early grave. Not worth it imo! You can use a little, just don't dump your eggs in without draining most of the grease.

Step 3. Give the pan a quick rinse to cool it down slightly or your eggs will be very likely to stick.

Step 4. Grease the pan with either a little bit of butter, cooking spray, or very little of the bacon grease.

Step 5. Cook the eggs how you like them.

If you are adding your cheese do it after you flip your eggs so it can melt in the pan.

**Note** The eggs in the picture, are in between over-easy and and over-medium; slightly messy yolks.
