Tundra Berry Salad

This idea is for something that's really good for "one of those days." Like when you just don't feel like cooking, or as a snack. Whatever floats your boat. It's a very light recipe.

Mats:

Salad greens.. Lettuce, or baby spinach is good. For a quick fix, use one of the bags of mixed greens.
a Handful of Raspberries
a handful of Dried cranberries
1 can of Mandarin Oranges. you'll want to drain these
a handful of grapes
about a cup of shredded cheese. Your choice.
You could add some sliced almonds if you want as well.

Throw everything in a bowl. Add your dressing. I would use a vinaigrette with this. Raspberry would be really good.

If you're looking for something more, add a few pieces of chicken as well.
