This one is a Goodlee family passer-downer recipe. I've been making this since I was 9! =) It is great for Ribs, chicken, Or beef (cubes is what I use it on).
It goes with pretty much any side food. Think noodles, instant rice, french fries, whatever! If you're making a lot of meats, or want more to save for later, double this recipe.
Use this as a dip or as a cooking sauce.
Mats:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Vinegar (I use apple cider.)
Worcestershire sauce (3-6 small shakes).
1/2 cup Brown sugar
Honey
Salt and pepper
You could add a pinch of onion powder too if you like.
Step 1. You're going to want to grab yourself a large bowl. The ones men eat cereal out of when there aren't any dishes left works.
Step 2. Start off by adding about the ketchup in the bowl. Add in the vinegar. Add the Worcestershire - like three small shakes. Just really an eyeball amount. Not a lot.
Mix.
Step 3. Add the brown sugar. Throw in a few squirts of honey. Then add a dash of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 4. Mix everything together. You can taste it from there. If you find that its too sweet you can add a little more vinegar. If you think its too sour you could add a
little more brown sugar. If its too bland add some more ketchup. You can very easily adjust this recipe to your own liking.
Once you get it to the way you want it. take whatever meat your cooking it in and pour the sauce over it. Cover everything evenly.
Step 5. Bake at 300 for about 40-45 minutes. (If you're using it on chicken pieces, I would bake it about 35-40 minutes.)
Once your meats are cooked, you're good to go. You've got yourself some homemade Ribs, chicken, or beef. =)

You've got a lot of recipes! I am impressed.
