Might not be ultra-fast gamer foods, but these are as easy to make as they are delicious! Additionally, these do not contain corn starch/syrup, and will fill you up. Don't run around Northrend hungry. Eat some crepes instead!
Basically, a crepe is like a very thin pancake. They are wonderfully light and delicious. If you try this recipe and would like your crepes a little thinner, use only 1/2 cup of milk, and add in 1/2 cup of water.
What you need:
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
Optional Toppings: Blueberries, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, Chocolate Sauce (like Nuttella). Pretty much anything you'd put on a pancake, you could use on these. I've also seen cheese, and meat crepes (think about chicken waffles), so those would work as well.
This recipe will make 4 large crepes.
Step 1. Take all of the above and mix them together well (very well, because uncooked flour lumps aren't appetizing).
Step 2. Once you have the mixture ready, at this point you could either go straight to the frying pan, or you could add some other seasonings for taste, like cinnamon or vanilla extract. If you add stuff, mix again until it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Step 3. Cook the crepes in a frying pan on medium to low heat. Make sure that each crepe is cooked all the way through.
**Note** How much of the mixture per crepe really depends on how big and thick you want them.
Step 4. Once a crepe is done cooking on each side, find a way to keep it warm until you're finished cooking the rest. This way, you don't have to reheat them later. I suggest an oven-safe plate and keep them on the stove near (but not too close) to your frying pan.
When you're finished, you should end with the crepe equivalent of a short-stack.
Enjoy!

You could also add cheese to those crepes like you said, you add the cheese when you flip the crepe and it will melt into the crepe when you are baking the other side :)
