What you need:
Pepperoni (about 20 pieces from the bag)
Small handful of shredded mozzarella.
2 big tablespoons of ricotta cheese
pizza dough (1/2 a can if store bought pre-made, or a quarter of my pizza dough recipe)
**Oregano and/or parsley to shake on the top
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 450
Step 2. Roll out the pizza dough, and stack the ingredients in a long row in the center of your dough.
Step 3. Roll like a burrito.
Step 4. With a sharp knife slice a few vents on the top of your calzone.
Step 5. Brush the surface with a little olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings.
Step 6. Cook at 450 for about 15 minutes.
**Optional** Dip in some Nubsauce or Ranch. Yum!
