Stick the steak in a bowl (this will allow it to chill in the marinade mix for an hour or more). Sprinkle and rub Garlic, Pepper, and Salt into the meat. Drip some lovely Lime Juice on the steak in the bowl and let the marinade magic happen for an hour or more in the fridge. While it's marinading ... GET TO CHOPPIN!!!
While you are chopping, preheat your oven to BROIL EXTREME.
Cook the now-marinated steak on broil for about 7mins on one side and then 3ish on the other until it's nice and dark brown. These times are approximate, every oven has a life of its own and has different amounts of hell-scape within, so broil times may vary. When you think it's done, take it out and rend open a slit in the middle so you can check out the inside color. Pink/Red=bad, unless you're some crazy rare-hungry monster!
Cut the steak into mouth-sized longish strips (using a knife to cut and fork to hold the BROIL EXTREME hot meat).
- You are ready to assemble your salad.
- Put everything but the steak into two salad bowls.
- Sprinkle veggies with your favorite dressing (oil and vinegar, italian, etc)
- Add Steak Strips on Top

Note About Dressing and Healthiness:
Dressing is almost pure fat calorie, be light on dressing at all times, especially with this salad (the marinaded meat will give PLENTY of flavor)
